The Annual General Meeting in Bouvet ASA was held on
12th of May 2016. The meeting adopted all items as
proposed. The protocol is enclosed.
A dividend of NOK 6.50 per share will be paid to the
company's shareholders per the date of the Annual
General Meeting, 12th of May 2016. The shares will
be noted ex-dividend from 13th May 2016. Pay-out
date for the dividend will be 25th of May 2016.
