Sale of own shares

Bouvet ASA has on November 13th 2017 sold 42636 own shares to employees of the company at a price of NOK 134,80 per share. After this transaction, Bouvet ASA holds 126046 own shares. The transactions are carried out as part of the share incentive program for the employees.
