10. April 2018: The Board of Bouvet ASA has approved the 2017 Annual Accounts for the Bouvet Group and the parent company.
The final Annual Accounts are in accordance with the preliminary accounts for 2017 published on 16th February 2018, together with the Q4 2017 Interim Report.
A full Annual Report will be published at the company's website (www.bouvet.no) and at Oslo Stock Exchange together with the notice convening the Annual General Meeting, planned to be held on 24th May 2018.
