Sale of own shares

Bouvet ASA has on November 19th 2018 sold 72866 own shares to employees of the company at a price of NOK 169.60 per share. After this transaction, Bouvet ASA holds 44187 own shares. The transactions are carried out as part of the share incentive program for the employees.
