Sale of own shares

Bouvet ASA has on November 19th 2018 sold 11372 own shares to employees in management positions at an average price of NOK 212 per share. After this transaction Bouvet ASA holds 32815 own shares. The transactions are carried out as part of the share incentive program for the employees in management positions.
