Sale of own shares

Bouvet ASA has on December 7th 2018 awarded 51551 bonus shares to the participants in the share incentive program for 2016. The bonus shares are free of charge. After this transaction, Bouvet ASA holds 1323 own shares. The transactions are carried out as a part of the established share incentive program for the employees.
