Sale of own shares

Bouvet ASA has on November 26th 2019 awarded 43751 bonus shares to the participants in the share incentive program for 2017. The bonus shares are free of charge. After this transaction, Bouvet ASA holds 23953 own shares. The transactions are carried out as a part of the established share incentive program for the employees.
