Bouvet ASA has on November 29th 2019 purchased 20000 own shares at an average price of NOK 355.00 per share. After the transaction Bouvet ASA holds 43953 own shares. The transaction was carried out as a part of the share incentive program for employees and is based on authorization given by the company's Annual General Meeting 22nd May 2019.
