Sale of own shares

Bouvet ASA has on December 11th 2019 sold 7797 own shares to employees in management positions at an average price of NOK 333 per share. After this transaction Bouvet ASA holds 467 own shares. The transactions are carried out as part of the share incentive program for the employees in management positions.
