Sale of own shares

Bouvet ASA has on December 11th 2019 sold 55689 own shares to employees of the company at a price of NOK 266.50 per share. After this transaction, Bouvet ASA holds 8264 own shares. The transactions are carried out as part of the share incentive program for the employees.
