Protocol from Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting in Bouvet ASA was held on 20th of May 2020. The meeting adopted all items as proposed. The protocol is enclosed. A dividend of NOK 8.25 per share will be paid to the company's shareholders per the date of the Annual General Meeting, 20th of May 2020. The shares will be noted ex-dividend from 22nd of May 2020.
