7. April 2022: The Board of Directors of Bouvet ASA has approved the 2021 Annual Accounts for the Bouvet Group and the parent company. The final Annual Accounts are in accordance with the preliminary accounts for 2021 published on 17th February 2022, together with the Q4 2021 Interim Report.
A full Annual Report will be published at the company's website (www.bouvet.no) and at Oslo Stock Exchange together on 28rd April 2022.
