As announced on 28 February 2022 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to 800,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for employees.

The company has bought a total of 764,137 shares at an average price of NOK 67.8441 since 1. March.
After these transactions, the company owns 768,807 treasury shares.
