25. April 2023: The Board of Directors of Bouvet ASA has approved the 2022 Annual Accounts for the Bouvet Group and the parent company. The final Annual Accounts are in accordance with the preliminary accounts for 2022 published on 17th February 2023, together with the Q4 2022 Interim Report.
A full Annual Report will be published at the company's website (www.bouvet.no) and at Oslo Stock Exchange together on 27th April 2023.
