Concerning the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting Invitation

Referring to the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting ("OGM") Invitation of Orascom Investment Holding company, that will convene on Sunday 26/5/2024, at 2:00 PM, via conference call, it was decided to amend the OGM time to be held at 2:30 PM, on Sunday 26/5/2024, instead of 2:00 PM via same link and same agenda previously published.

In the event the quorum is not met, the second meeting will be held on Sunday, 2/6/2024 at 2:30 PM, via conference call through same link.
