Cambi ASA: Status update for the ongoing share buyback program

Reference is made to the notice issued on 20 January 2023, where Cambi ASA initiated a share buyback program for up to 712,035 shares for the company’s employee incentive program, and to the subsequent status updates every fifth day with buyback trading.



Cambi reports the following transaction overview under the buyback program since the previous update on 20 April 2023:

At the outset of the share buyback program, Cambi owned 10,870 own shares. On 21 March 2023, 100,000 shares were sold under the share-based incentive program for key employees. After completing the above transactions, Cambi owns 42,960 own shares, corresponding to 0.027% of its total share capital.
