The Company announces that on 14 March 2013 it purchased 75,000 of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 28.50 pence per share. All of these shares will be held as Treasury shares.
The Company's total issued ordinary share capital is 497,050,995 shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 1,556,772 of its shares in Treasury and has 495,494,223 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
