In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Nick Stagg, Chief Executive of the Company, hasacquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.
Mr Stagg acquired 100,000 Ordinary Shares on 13 March 2014 at a price of 22.75 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Stagg has a notifiable interest in 1,364,972 Ordinary Shares representing 0.27 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
