Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, as at 30 October 2015, its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 500,427,971 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of which 2,427,620 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 498,000,351 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Management Consulting Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
