Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market that, as at 31 May 2016, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consisted of 507,902,654 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of which 2,427,620 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 505,475,034 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
