Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market that, as at 31 October 2016, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consisted of 510,221,685 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Shares") of which 2,427,620 Shares were held in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 507,794,065 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
