Senior Independent Director
Following the retirement from the Board of Steve Ferriss at its AGM yesterday, Management Consulting Group PLC announces the appointment of Julian Waldron as Senior Independent Director.
Julian Waldron joined the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director in 2008 and is Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
