Management Consulting Group PLC today announces that it has completed the sale of the Kurt Salmon retail and consumer goods consulting businesses to Accenture. Details of the transaction were set out in the RNS announcement dated 22 September 2016 and in the Circular to shareholders dated 4 October 2016.
