APPTIX - DISCLOSURE OF LARGE SHAREHOLDING/CHANGE TO LARGE SHAREHOLDING

On 22nd October 2015, Celox SA, owned by Jonas and
Christina af Jochnick Foundation, has agreed to
transfer 25,894,540 shares in Apptix ASA to its wholly
owned direct subsidiary Celox Holding Cyprus Limited.
After the transfer Celox SA will own no shares in
Apptix directly, Celox Holding Cyprus will own
25,894,540 shares, corresponding to 31.8 per cent of
the shares and votes, in Apptix, which will remain
controlled by Celox as the sole shareholder of Celox
Holding Cyprus. Celox and Celox Holding Cyprus have no
other rights to shares in Apptix.
