Songa Bulk AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice
published by Songa Bulk AS (the "Company") on 1
February 2017 regarding the board's resolution to issue
1,000,000 new shares in the Company in connection with
the delivery of the Songa Glory.
The share capital increase pertaining to the share
issuance has now been registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises. Following the
registration of the share capital increase, the
Company's total share capital is NOK 79,300,000,
divided into 15,860,000 shares, each with a nominal
value of NOK 5.
