Received application for transfer of listing to Oslo Axess

The Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit
shares in Songa Bulk ASA to listing on Oslo Axess.

Songa Bulk ASA will be transferred from
Merkur Market to Oslo Axess from and including 24 May 2017.
