Mr. Arne Blystad, chairman of the board of Songa Bulk ASA ("Songa Bulk"), has today transferred 2 547 900 shares of Songa Bulk from Songa Trading Inc. to Songa Investments AS and 2 164 000 shares of Songa Bulk from Songa Shipholding AS to Songa Investments AS at NOK 4.00 per share. The buyer and the sellers are companies 100 % controlled by Mr. Arne Blystad and his related parties. The transfer was made directly between the sellers and the buyer.
The total shareholding of Songa Bulk controlled by Arne Blystad and related parties is 4 873 509 shares.
