NITHO Invest AS, a company controlled by Thomas Rønningen (CEO and CFO of Songa Bulk ASA) sold 3,500 shares of Songa Bulk ASA on 20 December 2018 at a price of NOK 0.30 per share.
Following the transaction, Mr. Rønningen no longer controls shares in Songa Bulk ASA.
