Oslo, 24 April 2018: The board of directors of Songa Bulk ASA (the "Company") has today approved the annual accounts for 2017. The annual accounts are attached to this notice and published on the Company's website www.songabulk.no. The Company will call an annual general meeting to be held during May 2018. The board resolved to propose that the annual general meeting authorises the board to issue new shares up to 50% of the existing share capital in connection with potential vessel acquisitions.
