As announced by Songa Bulk ASA (the "Company") in the stock exchange notice dated 15 May 2018, Herman Billung joins Star Bulk's management team and accordingly he will leave his position as CEO of the Company. The Board of Directors has appointed Thomas Rønningen as new CEO with effect from 1 September 2018. Thomas Rønningen has acted as CFO of the Company since 2017.
