The Board of Axxis Geo Solutions ASA (AGS) has today approved postponement of approval of the annual report 2019.
AGS has received acceptance due to COVID-19 to postpone announcement of the annual report 2019 from “Finanstilsynet”.
The new date for approval of the annual report will be 27 May 2020, further will the Q1 2020 result be published the same day, 27 May 2020.
Ordinary General Meeting is changed to 30 June 2020.
