An extraordinary general meeting of Carbon Transition ASA (change of name from Axxis Geo Solutions ASA currently under registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises) was held today.
The proposed resolutions were today adopted with the requisite majority, please see the attached copy of the minutes from the meeting.
