Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Carbon Transition ASA on 6 August 2021 regarding the change of the company’s name from Axxis Geo Solutions ASA to Carbon Transition ASA. The name change is now effectuated. In connection with the change of name, the company will also change its ticker symbol from “AXXIS” to “CARBN”.
