Shareholder Disclosure Notification

On 27th of September 2022, Middelborg Invest AS sold 11,125,057 shares in Carbon Transition ASA. After the transaction Middelborg Invest AS’ holdings of shares is zero. Middelborg Invest AS still holds rights to 3,745,000 shares through forward contracts in Carbon Transition ASA. The transaction brings Middelborg Invest AS’ holding of shares and rights to shares from 6.2% to 1.56% of the outstanding shares.
