The Board of Directors of Carbon Transition ASA has approved the financial statements for 2022 for both the group and the parent company. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with IFRS. There are no changes to the financial statements compared with the preliminary results published 22 February 2023.
In addition, the company presents its remuneration report for 2022.
