The annual general meeting of Carbon Transition ASA was held today.
Item 14 was changing the company name from Carbon Transition ASA to Aquila Holdings ASA (currently under registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises).
All resolutions proposed were approve by the shareholders.
