The board of directors of Aquila Holdings ASA has approved the financial statements for 2023 for both the group and the parent company. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with IFRS. There are no changes to the financial statements compared with the preliminary results published 22 February 2024.
In addition, the company presents its remuneration report for 2023.
