Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Fjord Defence Group ASA (the "Company") on 8 October 2025 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering comprising the issuance of a total of 1,041,666 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 9.60 per share (the "Subsequent Offering").
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of shares in the Subsequent Offering has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:
Share capital (new): NOK 348,165,258.00
Total number of shares (new): 41,448,245 shares
Par value of each share: NOK 8.40
The new shares will be issued in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository, Euronext Securities Oslo ("VPS"), on the Company's listed ISIN (NO 001 3647693) and are expected to be delivered to the respective applicants' VPS account on or about 17 October 2025.
