Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Fjord Defence Group ASA to trading on Euronext Oslo Børs.
It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies the admission requirements on Euronext Oslo Børs.
The company is granted exemption from the requirement that issuers must have conducted the major part of their business for at least three years. It has been considered inter alia that there appears to be public interest in the company's current business, and that investors have access to sufficient information to carry out a well-informed assessment of the Issuer, its activities and the shares for which admission to trading is sought, cf. Rulebook II, section 3.1.3.3 (2), cf. 3.1.3.2 (3).
Furthermore, an exemption is granted from the requirement that new issues of shares carried out in parallel with admission to trading must be registered in the Register of Business Enterprises and entered in the central securities register before the first day of admission to trading, cf. Rulebook II, section 3.1.5.1 (1). The exemption is granted considering that the admission to trading concerns a transfer from Euronext Expand and the repair issue carried out by the company in parallel with the transfer to Euronext Oslo Børs has no bearing on the fulfillment of the other admission requirements.
The CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than 6 January 2026.
