Fjord Defence Group ASA – Ex right to receive subscriptions rights in conditional subsequent repair offering today

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Fjord Defence Group ASA ("Fjord Defence Group" or the "Company") on 27 November 2025 regarding a conditional private placement (the "Private Placement") of new shares in Fjord Defence Group, and the contemplated conditional subsequent repair offering of up to 2,083,333 new shares for the same subscription price as in the Private Placement (the "Subsequent Offering").

The shares in Fjord Defence Group (Ticker: DFENS) will be traded ex the right to receive subscription rights as of today, 27 November 2025.
