Investments (UK), London, UK, and Credit Suisse Investment Holdings (UK),
London, UK, notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the
following:
1) On 4 July 2012, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit Suisse
Securities (Europe) Limited held 1.26% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 1,738,093 voting rights.
2) On 4 July 2012, Credit Suisse Investments (UK) fell below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616
Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit Suisse Investments
(UK) held 1.26% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from
1,738,093 voting rights. Of these voting rights, a proportion of 1.26%
(equals 1,738,093 voting rights) is attributed to Credit Suisse Investments
(UK) pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
3) On 4 July 2012, Credit Suisse Investment Holdings (UK) fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit Suisse
Investment Holdings (UK) held 1.26% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
AG arising from 1,738,093 voting rights. Of these voting rights, a
proportion of 1.26% (equals 1,738,093 voting rights) is attributed to
Credit Suisse Investment Holdings (UK) pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent.
1 no. 1 WpHG.
