of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616
Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC
held 2.95% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,071,832
voting rights. Of these voting rights, a proportion of 0.04% (equals 52,700
voting rights) is attributed to Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
2) On 27 September 2013, Morgan Stanley Domestic Holdings Inc. fell below
the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Morgan
Stanley Domestic Holdings Inc. held 2.95% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,071,832 voting rights. Of these voting
rights, a proportion of 2.95% (equals 4,071,832 voting rights) is
attributed to Morgan Stanley Domestic Holdings Inc. pursuant to section 22

3) On 27 September 2013, Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC fell below
the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Morgan
Stanley Capital Management LLC held 2.95% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,071,832 voting rights. Of these voting
rights, a proportion of 2.95% (equals 4,071,832 voting rights) is
attributed to Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC pursuant to section 22
