Braun Melsungen Aktiengesellschaft held 15.08% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 20,845,713 voting rights, of
which 15.08% (equals 20,845,713 voting rights) are held directly by B.
