& Co. LLC, Wilmington/Delaware, USA notified us pursuant to section 21 WpHG
of the following:
1) On April 23, 2014 Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC held 2.95% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 4,073,342 voting rights. Of
these voting rights, a proportion of 2,95% (equals 4,073,342 voting rights)
is attributed to Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC pursuant to section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
2) On April 23, 2014 Morgan Stanley Domestic Holdings Inc. fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Morgan Stanley Domestic Holdings Inc. held 2.95% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 4,073,342 voting rights. Of
these voting rights, a proportion of 2.95% (equals 4,073,342 voting rights)
is attributed to Morgan Stanley Domestic Holdings Inc. pursuant to section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
3) On April 23, 2014 Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC fell below the threshold of
3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Morgan
Stanley & Co. LLC held 2,95% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 4,073,342 voting rights which are held
directly by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
