On June 10, 2014, Morgan Stanley exeeded the threshold of 5% of the voting
rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d.
Saale, Germany and held 5.27% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG
(equals 7,291,676 voting rights).
On that date, Morgan Stanley held a proportion of 0.56% (equals 780,043
voting rights) in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG based on voting rights pursuant to
sections 21, 22 WpHG. In addition, Morgan Stanley held a proportion of
2.11% (equals 2,921,529 voting rights) based on (financial/other)
instruments pursuant to section 25 WpHG, of which a proportion of 2.11%
(equals 2,921,529 voting rights) is held indirectly.
