On 19 November 2014 The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. fell below the threshold
of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, The Goldman
Sachs Group, Inc. held 0.57% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 794,782 voting rights. Of these voting
rights a proportion of 0.53% (equals 728,824 voting rights) is attributed
to The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. Furthermore a proportion of 0.06% (equals
84,261 voting rights) is attributed to The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
The total amount of voting rights stated above does not equal the sum of
