Jamie Zimmermann, USA, Litespeed Offshore Fund Ltd., George Town, Grand
Cayman, Cayman Islands, Litespeed Management L.L.C., Wilmington, Delaware,
USA and Litespeed Master Fund, Ltd., George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman
Islands notified us on 20 March 2015 and 24 March 2015 pursuant sec. 21
para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz -
WpHG) of the following:
1) On 13 February 2015 Jamie Zimmermann exceeded the threshold of 3 % of
the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Schlossplatz 1,
97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Jamie Zimmermann
held 3.24% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising
from 2,379,337 voting rights. Of these voting rights a proportion of 3.24%
(equals 2,379,337 voting rights) is attributed to Jamie Zimmermann pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. Moreover
a proportion of 1.04% (equals 761,387 voting rights) of these voting rights
is attributed to Jamie Zimmermann pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent 1. No. 2
in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. Name of shareholder holding directly 3%
voting rights or more which are attributed to Jamie Zimmermann: Litespeed
Master Fund, Ltd.
2) On 13 February 2015 Litespeed Offshore Fund Ltd. exceeded the threshold
of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Litespeed Offshore Fund Ltd. held 3.24% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,379,337 voting rights. Of
these voting rights a proportion of 3.24% (equals 2,379,337 voting rights)
is attributed to Litespeed Offshore Fund Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. Moreover a proportion of 2.17% (equals 1,594,155 voting
rights) of these voting rights is attributed to Litespeed Offshore Fund
Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 WpHG. Name of controlled
undertanking holding 3% or more: Litespeed Master Fund, Ltd.
3) On 13 February 2015 Litespeed Management L.L.C exceeded the threshold of
3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Schlossplatz
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Litespeed
Management L.L.C held 3.24% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,379,337 voting rights. Of these voting
rights a proportion of 3.24% (equals 2,379,337 voting rights) is attributed
to Litespeed Management L.L.C pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG. Name of shareholder holding directly 3% voting rights or more which
are attributed to Litespeed Management L.L.C.: Litespeed Master Fund, Ltd.
4) On 13 February 2015 Litespeed Master Fund, Ltd. exceeded the threshold
of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Litespeed Master Fund, Ltd. directly held 3.24% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,379,337 voting rights.
