of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Acadian Asset Management LLC held 2.99% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,000,922 voting rights. Of
these voting rights a proportion of 2.99% (equals 2,000,922 voting rights)
is attributed to Acadian Asset Management LLC pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
