Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA | New Share Capital Registered

Oslo, Norway, 18 June 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from
Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA ("Cloudberry" or the "Company") on 1 June 2021
regarding the private placement raising gross proceeds of NOK 1,075 million (the
"Private Placement"). The Private Placement was resolved by the Company's
Extraordinary General Meeting on 17 June 2021.

The new share capital pertaining to the Private Placement has today been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.:
Foretaksregisteret). The Company`s share capital has been increased by NOK
21,500,000 by the issuance of 86,000,000 new shares.

The Company's new share capital is NOK 47,766,334.00 divided among 191,065,336
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.25. Each share carries one vote.
