Oslo, Norway, 22 June 2021: Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA ("Cloudberry" or "the
Company") uplists from Euronext Growth to Oslo Stock Exchange's main list, Oslo
Børs.
Since Cloudberry was listed on Euronext Growth in April 2020, the company has
raised NOK 1.8 billion in equity from Nordic and international investors,
enabling substantial progress in developing the company's portfolio of wind and
hydropower energy assets in Norway and Sweden.
"Over the last 15 months, we have secured and fully funded assets in production
and under construction of above 100 MW and assets with construction permits of
similar size. Our main priority now is to successfully deliver on all these
projects", says Anders Lenborg, CEO of Cloudberry.
The core of Cloudberry's strategy is to progress new projects from early stage
permitting to ready-to-build wind and hydro power assets to deliver substantial
value to our shareholders and other stakeholders. The Company has a large and
growing portfolio of permitted projects, backlog and pipeline, and is expecting
to be able to make the final investment decisions related to the Hån windfarm in
Q2, 2021 and the Duvhällen windfarm in 2022.
In addition, Cloudberry is in negotiations for both wind and hydro projects that
are ready-to-build where the Company can leverage its unique positioning to
create attractive returns. These opportunities are strong testaments to
Cloudberry's successful strategy; being local, agile and with a focus on
attractive investment opportunities.
